FEATURES OF FIT SELECTION AND STRENGTH CALCULATION OF DEVICES FOR STEEL ROPES CLAMPING

Abstract

The article analyzes the stressed state of the fingers of the clamping mechanisms for steel ropes clamping. A model for transferring the load is developed taking into account the contact compliance of the sleeve and flange stack. It is proved that the installation of the finger in the bush with the gap allows to reduce the bending stress in comparison with the version where it is absent. Expressions have been obtained for calculating the landing clearance and justified the choice of plantings. It is shown that the contact deformation of the hub and flange stack leads to redistribution of the rope shear stresses. This redistribution leads to the loading of the fingers with a bending moment and the appearance of bending stresses, the magnitude of which, however, is 20 times smaller than in the absence of a gap between the finger and the bushing. It is shown that in the case of assembly with a gap, the calculation of the fingers in the threaded part can be performed on the joint action of bending and torsion on equivalent stresses, 30% higher than the tensile stress.
