Abstract

Effective implementation of competence approach provided total solution of problems, foremost of which is the motivation of personal and professional development of the student, the formation of his competences on professional activities in the marine industry. Problems competence of experts in the maritime industry today faces the most acute because increasing competitiveness of young specialists associated with the embodiment competency approach in training. The article is the use of new educational technologies for the implementation of competence approach in studying the course «Global Marine communications for search and rescue» and «operation of ship radio systems and satellite communications». The article suggests the use of new educational technologies for the implementation of competence approach in studying the course «Global Marine communications for search and rescue» and «operation of ship radio systems and satellite communications.» The article proved the need for the latest technology for effective training specialists maritime industry on the basis of competence approach, with subjects «Global Marine communications for search and rescue» and «operation of ship radio systems and satellite communications»
