EFFECTS OF TEMPERATURE INDICATORS ON OPERABILITY DEADWOOD CAPROLON BEARINGS

Abstract

The paper proposes a method of calculating the temperature indicators caprolon deadwood bearings and some results of investigations of the influence of operational factors on the performance of deadwood bearings caprolon. Application сaprolon as material for the deadwood water-lubricated bearings showed sufficiently reliable results for the bronze and stainless steel cladding. However, under certain operating conditions, the temperature in the deadwood bearings can exceed сaprolon heat resistance. Consequently, the carrying capacity of the bearing is sharply reduced, and occurs melting of accelerated wear of the bearing. Despite the widespread use of plain bearings made devices сaprolon in vessels of thermal calculation method is poorly lit and does not allow to determine the influence of operational factors on the reliability of the node responsible vessel. Given the above, in order to increase the reliability of the deadwood bearings caprolon, actual development of a methodology of calculation of temperature indicators and critical operating parameters. In this paper, operating temperature caprolon deadwood bearing c water lubricated and cooling is based on drawing the heat balance of heat in the bearing and heat. The calculation determined the effect of some operating parameters on the heating temperature deadwood bearing. The article draws on the results of studies of heating temperature of deadwood bearing сaprolon on different modes of fishing vessels ESS. The results showed satisfactory agreement of theoretical and practical settings. The article concluded that one of the determining factors is the fuel heating bearings lubricant-coolant. The article materials may be used in the design of devices using the deadwood сaprolon as a bearing material.
